DataCom is a limited partnership that was founded in the Cayman Islands in September 2022, by Mr. Ziv Sapir and I.B.I investment house. The fund invests in yielding digital infrastructure real estate assets, through 2 private REIT funds, that are jointly owned by two local partners. The fund is a closed fund with a target size of 350M USD.
The fund invests in income-yielding real estate assets in the US, focusing on the digital infrastructure type in the following sectors: server farms, cellular antennas and fiber optic networks. The fund’s goal is to acquire attractive properties with quality tenants and sell a portfolio of hundreds of properties to a third party.
