The fund allows the collaboration with various professionals who perform the actual investment, maintain the properties and sell them at the end of the investment period. The offered transaction is the purchase of single-family residential properties in various south-east states in the US.

Strategy:
A partnership between IBI and Electra Real Estate. The fund will purchase uninhabited homes directly from reputable contractors then populate, operate and manage them. After several years, the target is selling the properties as a package to an institutional third party or as individuals to private buyers. The proposed deal is the purchase of “Single Family” homes located in various states in the southeastern United States.
