Established in 2014, the fund is managed by Eran Notea (CEO) and Roni Raganes (VP). The current fund is the third fund established by Quality between 2014 and 2018. On July 2019, IBI Investment House acquired ownership in the fund’s GP and started providing the fund with various services, including finance, marketing, risk management, monitoring etc.
The fund invests in providing loans for any purpose, to individuals and companies in Israel and is backed by real estate collateral. The fund specializes in TAILOR MADE credit solutions. The fund has a wide spread of loans and mortgaged real estate assets (the scope of the loan, the types and characteristics of the borrowers, the geographical location of the mortgaged real estate assets, the LTV rate).
