The Veritas Capital Vantage Fund II

Fund Overview

The Veritas Capital Vantage Fund II was established by Veritas Capital and is a limited partnership registered in Delaware, USA. The Veritas group was founded in 1998 and focuses on Private Equity and debt investments. The group specializes in investing in sectors at the intersection of government and technology: sectors that provide products and services to governments or governmental entities, as well as sectors that are supported by government funding, subject to government regulation, and/or influenced by legislation and public policy.

The fund is represented in Israel by Leader Private Capital (Leader Capital Markets), which will provide access to eligible Israeli investors through a dedicated feeder fund.

Strategy

The fund pursues control-oriented buyout investments in mid-sized companies and seeks to enhance the value of U.S. businesses that provide products, services, and technologies to government and commercial customers, primarily in the United States. These sectors are characterized by resilient demand, high barriers to entry, specialized expertise and know-how, and long-term contracts, and therefore tend to demonstrate resilience across economic cycles. The fund targets mature, established companies with existing products or services that have strong potential for growth transformation and improved market positioning. Following an acquisition, the fund’s teams work closely with portfolio companies to implement value-creation plans designed to enhance their performance and growth.
