Fund Overview:
The fund is a part of Electra Real Estate, a public company in Israel. Established in December 2019, the fund is targeting institutional investors and qualified private investors only. Electra Capital PM Debt Fund is a credit fund for multifamily residential assets that manages 34,000 units worth an aggregate value of approximately 5B USD. Predecessor funds of Electra Real Estate were private equity fund of the same assets.

Strategy:
The fund provides supplemental loans for multi-family real estate transactions in the southeastern part of the United States, with an emphasis on Mezzanine loans and Preferred Equity loans. The target is to provide loans only in the field in which Electra has expertise – multi-family properties. The loans will be given to income-producing properties only (without construction loans) for periods of 3-5 years.
