The REIT was established by Electra Real Estate and AKA company in July 2021, and incorporated as a REIT partnership in Delaware, USA. Electra Real Estate is the yielding real estate division of the Elco group, and it manages fund and debt in the multi-family and single-family sectors. AKA was established and owned by the Kurman family, and engages in asset improvement as well as management and maintenance of hotels and furnished apartments for rent.
Electra Real Estate is the financial real estate arm of the Elco Group and it manages funds in the multi and single-family field. The reit will invest in properties located in major cities (Gateway Cities) in premium location and in high demand for business and tourism, and with significant potential for improvement.
