Fund Overview:
The fund was established by Divergon Ltd. and commenced its operations in July 2019. It is registered in Israel as a public non-traded partnership, that issues its statements to the general public under the provisions of the securities law. Investments are managed by a team of Divergon’s managers, led by Meni Ben Maor. Since 2010, Divergon has engaged in the provision of project financing in the field of urban development.

Strategy:
The fund specializes in loans for real estate projects in Israel, with an emphasis on the field of urban renewal by providing debt against collateral, holding it until maturity and reinvesting it. An open fund and a distributing fund.
