Fund Overview:
Value Base Fund was established by Value Base Group as a limited partnership registered in Cayman. The group was established by the founding partners Victor Shamrich and Ido Neuberger and manages approximately NIS 1.3 billion in various investment instruments. The fund was established based on the experience of the founders of Value Base in the capital market, as a Private Equity fund in order to create value for its investors from value investments mainly in the medium term capital market.

Strategy:
The fund usually deals with transactions in the market, mainly through the purchase of shares in a minority position up to the control position of Israeli companies traded in Israel and abroad, on an opportunistic basis and not in a specific industry. The portfolio companies will be of medium size, with revenues and a consolidated business model. The fund looks to invest significantly underpriced companies alonside an estimation of the fund managers regarding thier ability to influence the actions of the companies in favor of improving thier value.
