StepStone (Luxembourg) SCA SICAV-RAIF is a limited partnership established in September 2022 by the StepStone Group and is registered in Luxembourg. The fund is an evergreen (open-ended) fund that offers access to the group’s investment portfolio, which is usually managed in closed-end funds. The fund has a feeder fund by “Value Advanced Investments” that allows monthly entry, liquidity once per quarter and can be purchased using ISIN.
Stepstone Lux will invest together with other funds by the StepStone group, in all investment strategies. The investments will be made in the form of primary, secondary or co-invest. The fund’s strategy is a wide spread between all the private market strategies through a single investment, alongside the managers (GPs) and the leading institutional investors in the world. This strategy is made possible thanks to the size of the group, its broad scope of activity, the accumulated knowledge and access to a variety of transactions in the private market.
