Fund Overview:
Psagot Value Italy Properties Investments was established in August 2022 by Psagot Properties and by Daniel Leventhal, and is a limited partnership, registered in Israel. Psagot Properties will establish the manage real estate investment funds. The current fund will invest in residential assets, accommodation and/ or commercial real estate, focusing on Rome and Milan, alongside a local partner- iAM Capital, a PE Investment Group, with over 20 years of experience in managing 11 offshore funds, with the aggregate value of 3B USD.

Strategy:
The fund focuses on making investments in residential real estate, hotels and/or commercial real estate and offices in Italy, with an emphasis on Rome and Milan. The fund will work to improve them, mainly by changing the designation and/or conversion of the properties in favor of residences and hotels, via iAM Capital, the local partner who’s responsible for the entire investment process – from identifying the transactions, due diligence, improving the properties to the exit strategy stage.
