Fund Overview:
Established in 2018, the fund is the second fund of Prestige Capital Management. As of September 2020, Prestige Capital Management manages several funds and has raised more than 2B USD. The first fund – Alternative Finance Cayman – established in 2009, is registered in the Cayman Islands and manages approximately 650M USD. Both funds are managed by the same team and are exposed to the same investments.

Strategy:
Providing loans for equipment, leasing and financing projects in the fields of agriculture, commerce and industry, for small and medium-sized businesses and farmers. The loans are backed by collateral and are provided directly or indirectly. Despite the broad definition, all investments are funded by renewable energy projects in the UK. A field that is developing due to strict regulation – production of energy from waste in: agriculture, farms and the food industry – backed by liens.
