The fund is registered in Israel and issues statements under the provision of the securities law. Value P2P issues monthly reports on the magna website (magna.isa.gov.il) on the fund’s returns and portfolio, as well as the personal reports to the fund’s investors.
The fund deals with the provision of consumer credit through marketplace companies (platforms) in the United States. The investment policy is to invest all the fund’s finance, reap the benefits of the interest received from the loans and hold the loans until the date of their repayment and/or sale and reinvest the proceeds.
