Fund Overview:
Merlin III invests in residential real estate in London and its surroundings. The partnership is comprised of Infinity Asset Management LLP, managed by Daniel Finestein, and of Chartwell Assets, led by Simon Lerre and Boaz Gorfung. Infinity Asset Management serves as the management company of the fund, while Simon and Boaz provide consulting services to the fund and serve as investment leaders for the fund.

Strategy:
The fund invests in residential real estate in and around London. The goal is to purchase and develop projects of residential buildings over a period of up to 3 years and invest in a variety of projects to ensure investment at regular intervals throughout the investment period.
