The fund uses the services of Marshall Hutton Strategic Real Estate Managers Ltd, that provides real estate consulting services, with a specialization in England and Germany.
The fund provides senior debt and short-term second-degree loans (generally up to 24 months), backed by real estate collateral in England and Germany. The loans are intended for a mediation period, after which the developer refinances the loan in the banking system or alternatively sells the property.
