LS Power Fund VI is a Delaware-registered limited partnership established by LS Power Equity Advisors LLC. The group was founded in 1990 and employs more than 400 professionals across New York, New Jersey, Missouri, Texas, and California. The group has been registered with the SEC since 2012 and is engaged in the development, investment, and operation of power and energy infrastructure in North America.
The fund is represented in Israel by Leader Private Capital, which will provide access to qualified Israeli investors through a dedicated feeder vehicle.
The fund will invest in power generation and electricity infrastructure, as well as in power– and energy-related assets, platforms, and companies, primarily in North America. The fund will pursue acquisitions, operations, and value-enhancement of existing companies, assets, or platforms, as well as the initiation and development of new systems or platforms. Investments will focus on unique investment opportunities, high-quality assets, and markets in which LS Power believes it has a clear competitive advantage.
