LITIVEST & MORE is an Israeli limited partnership established in June 2024 through a collaboration with Mor Private Investment Funds, Shibolet & Co. Law Firm, and Attorney Ophir Samo Barakat. Each partner brings their expertise to the fund’s activities. The partnership has set a fundraising target of 120 million NIS and has already commenced its investments.
The fund focuses on equity investments in financing legal proceedings in various litigation areas, aiming to maximize returns on its investments at the conclusion of legal processes following court judgments or settlement agreements. The fund invests in hundreds of legal proceedings at different risk levels, managed by law firms in Israel, which have been reviewed and approved by the fund’s team.
