Fund Overview:
Lexington Co-Investment Partners VI was established in January 2023 under Lexington Capital Partners and registered as a limited partnership in the state of Delaware, USA. Lexington Capital Partners was founded in 1994 and is one of the largest entities in the world in managing secondary investment funds and co-investment funds. The group manages assets worth approximately $73 billion globally through eight offices worldwide. The fund aims to raise a target amount of $4 billion and has already commenced making investments. An Israeli feeder fund has been established, providing investors with direct access to investments in the main fund.

Strategy:

The fund will make co-investments alongside leading private equity sponsors, primarily in companies in the USA and Europe. Investments will be made in a wide range of transactions across different sectors in medium and large companies, in buyout transactions, and in growth-stage companies. The fund leverages its extensive database on funds and transactions in companies to select target markets and companies for investment.
