Fund Overview:
Established in June 2019, ICE II invests in European Real estate. The fund’s parent company is iAM Capital Group Plc, a holding company that owns the fund’s GP. As of August 2019, the company has more than 20 years and has managed 10 offshore funds in the cumulative sum of 3B Euro. The fund’s professional team includes 19 employees with experience in investment and asset management in Western Europe, including Emanuel Arviv, the fund’s investment manager, with more than 25 years of experience in real estate investments.

Strategy:
The fund invests in residential real estate in Western Europe (mainly in Italy and France) through two strategies: Airbnb strategy – buying buildings\ apartments and renting them for the short term through a holiday company. Value Add strategy – buying buildings for renovation, improvement and sale as apartments.
