Giza Singer Even is one of the largest consulting firms in Israel, specializing in financial advisory and investment banking. The fund is managed by Jacob Orbach and Udi Rozenberg who are experienced managers in the credit market. Giza accompanies hundreds of credit processes and capital investments for the medium and large business sectors. It operates independently and maintains all necessary organs, particularly independent underwriting. The fund invests in mezzanine debt in the Israeli middle market, and hopes to raise 700M – 800M Shekel, with the Phoenix Insurance Company pledging to an investment of 300M Shekel, as an anchor investor and as part of the GP.
Providing bridge loans and/or supplementing financing needs for organic growth or for the acquisition of companies/activities /equipment/machinery/real estate. The target market is companies with an annual turnover of over 100 million NIS, from all operating segments.
