Finova Capital is a hedge fund in blockchain and digital assets. Established in January 2019 as a limited partnership and registered in the Cayman Islands, the fund started its investments in June 2019. The fund is owned by Altschuler Shaham Horizon and Ivy Finances Ltd- a private company that is co-owned and managed by Jonathan Ofir, Itay Ofir and Yoav Mor. Altschuler Shaham Horizon also acts as the “prime broker” of the fund.
Investing in traded digital assets, traded shares (or to be traded) of companies in the field of digital assets and blockchain, other instruments (ETFs), futures contracts, etc. The fund has established an operational infrastructure that is tailored to the Israeli investor in order to minimize the operational risks that exist in the field, such as: banks to clear and storage Cryptocurrency in cold wallets with licensed custodians, safeguarding digital assets from the US regulator and wallet insurance.
