Fund Overview:
The fund is owned by Faropoint Investment Ltd and continues its GP activity, that has previously invested in office and commercial assets, and shifted its focus to logistics. As of August 2019, the fund invested 62M USD in the purchase of 68 assets, whose overall value is 155M USD. Adir Levitas (CEO), Ohad Porat (CIO), Idan Tzur (CFO), alongside Yuval Brunshtein (chairman of the investment committee) are the fund’s key persons.

Strategy:
Investing in income-producing “last-mile” logistics real estate centers, in the United States (Houston, Memphis, Atlanta and Cincinnati), most of the properties are local distribution centers. The fund’s strategy is to hold these assets for a period of 3-5 years and selling them after creating a large portfolio of warehouses that will be attractive to a large investor.
