Coller Private Equity Secondaries is an open-ended fund established in 2024 by Coller Capital. The group was founded in 1990 and is dedicated to the secondaries market for private assets.
The fund is represented by Phoenix Capital, which will provide access to qualified Israeli investors through a dedicated feeder vehicle.
The fund will invest in interests in private investment funds globally through purchases in the secondary market, whether through GP-led transactions or LP-led transactions. The investment portfolio will be constructed with sectoral and geographic diversification, as well as diversification across vintage years, fund managers, and strategies.
