Fund Overview:
Established in 2018 in the Cayman Islands, the fund operates within Navigator Global Fund Manager Platform SPC, a platform for fund management. Choosing the assets for investment is done by a consulting company that is part of the Carlton James Group, and is the key factor in the fund’s management. The Carlton Group was established in 2012 and has managed 115M USD in 9 funds and individual investment products that were created for pension funds in Britain.
 
Strategy:
The fund’s strategy is to invest in a wide range of debt and shares, marketable and non-marketable, in the areas of commercial real estate, media and communications, technology and renewable energy around the world. Most of the investments will be in tradable and non-tradable debt, the investment in shares (usually PE) is a result of investing in debt against collateral and allotment of shares.
