White Malaga & More Real Estate Fund is an Israeli limited partnership that was founded in June 2022 by More Private Investment Funds and White Spain group. The fund was foumded in order to invest in various real estate assets in the city of Malaga, Spain and its surroundings. Investments are made based on the accumulated prior experience of the fund’s partners in real estate in general, and real estate in Malaga, in particular.
The fund invests in the city of Malaga, Spain and focuses on investments in the historic center of the city by purchasing various types of assets, including real estate development and existing properties. The fund will adjust the assets portfolio while taking into account the potential of each asset, the potential of the entire assets portfolio in the region & the synergistic value of each asset. The choice in Malaga was made after preliminary in-depth inspections by the More Group to improve a certain geographic area by creating a community and a synergistic mix of properties that is adapted by the target population. Also, White Spain, one of the partners, has experience in locating, purchasing and operating real estate assets in Malaga alongside creating a community consisting of local residents, relocating families to the city and tourists.
