The fund’s GP is Liquidity Capital G.P Ltd, an Israeli private company, owned by Meitav Dash, Ilan Raviv and the entrepreneurs Yaron Sela, Ron Daniel and Oron Maimon. As of October 2019, the fund consists of 21 employees that include: An American director to manage the activity in North America, a team of analysts, marketing, back office, legal counselling, and 3 Ph.Ds who develop the system.
The fund provides working capital to technology companies with high growth rates, through the “acquisition” of their future income. The “purchase” is made by allocating a kind of credit line and thus allowing companies to avoid raising additional capital required to finance growth. The fund’s underwriting strategy is based on an in – depth research method developed by the partners and includes computational tools and algorithms.
