Harel Finance Alternative Hamagen Israel is a limited partnership registered in the Cayman Islands. The fund was established in December 2023 by Harel Alternative Finance. The fund grants loans to real estate entrepreneurs for the purpose of financing and supporting real estate projects in Israel. The investments will be made in partnership between Harel Alternative and Harel Insurance (the nostro account). The fund will benefit from the extensive professional and operational infrastructure of Harel Insurance.
The fund grants loans to real estate entrepreneurs for the purpose of financing and accompanying real estate projects in Israel, mainly residential apartments with first-degree liens. The investments will focus on “middle market” type properties – residential apartments intended for the middle class, for which there is a high and consistent demand. As a general rule, the fund will participate in 50% of the transaction under the same conditions and rights as Harel Insurance, which manages the investment (subject to the fund’s investment limits).
