Fund Overview

“Bridges 2 – Credit Partnership” is a limited partnership registered in Israel and the Cayman Islands. It was established in 2022 by the partners Udi Fromkin and Yigal Tzemach. The fund deals with providing non-bank credit primarily related to real estate, mainly for private individuals. The two partners have been working together since 2018, following a similar investment strategy but on a smaller scale through the fund “Bridges 1.”

Strategy

The fund invests in providing loans for various purposes, secured by real estate collateral as senior debt, mostly for individuals, particularly in Israel. The fund focuses on high-demand areas, specifically within the central region, Jerusalem and Haifa. The fund’s objective is to offer short-term loans after full underwriting on the loan and the pledged asset.
