The fund is incorporated as a partnership in the Cayman Islands, active since September 2020. It is managed by three founding partners – Eitan Shein, Yotam Shalev and Gaash Sofer, in cooperation with “More” Investment House. The fund specializes in structured credit products in the US collateralized loan obligations and tradable investment instruments in the OTC market, which are based on senior debt in the US.
The fund invests in credit of US based companies by purchasing tranches of CLO instruments consisting of different levels of debt, with the fund being able to invest in certain layers within the instrument. Each CLO consists of hundreds of core assets, which are bank loans to companies with variable interest rates, usually from the syndication of loans from several banks. The fund focuses on the Mezzanine layers and BB rated layers as well.
