Lexington Capital Partners IX is the 9th fund by the firm Lexington Capital Partners. The firm was established in 1994 and is one of the largest secondary investment managers in the world, with committed capital of approximately 50B USD.
The fund invests in worldwide interests of private equity funds (PEs) through acquisitions in the secondary market. The fund will also be able to invest in the interests of global private investment funds to be acquired in the primary market. The fund will invest in the rights of private investment funds around the world, through purchases in the secondary market. The investment mix will be carried out with sectoral, geographic dispersion and diversification in vintage years, fund managers and strategies.
