The fund focuses on direct investments in Israeli technology companies, or companies with a connection to Israel, operating in advanced technology sectors, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, high-performance computing, and Industrial AI. The selected companies operate globally, with the fund primarily targeting advanced growth-stage investments. These are generally Series B to Series D financing rounds, after the companies have already demonstrated indications of product-market fit and initial revenue generation.
The fund’s investments are usually made by joining a financing round alongside a lead investor, rather than leading the round itself. In some cases, the fund may also make early SAFE investments ahead of a planned financing round.
