Viola Growth III is a limited partnership, founded in 2018 and registered in the Cayman Islands. The fund is the third fund by Viola Group, with the previous funds – Viola Growth I and Viola Growth II – commencing operations in 2008 and 2015, respectively. The fund is a growth fund, focusing on investments in technology companies in the growth phase. The fund invests in Israeli companies or with a connection to Israel. The fund defines its involvement in its investments as an active minority with at least one seat on the board of directors. The fund is regularly involved in defining the companies’ business strategy and implementing it.
