Veritas Capital Fund IX was established by Veritas Capital as a limited partnership registered in Delaware, US. Veritas Capital was established in 1998 and focuses on Private Equity and Debt investments. Therefore they are characterized by durability to changes in economic cycles. The fund focuses on mature, established companies with an existing product or service, which are experiencing stagnation in their business activity and are unable to increase their profitability. After the acquisitions, the fund’s teams work with the companies in order to improve their core business.
