Fund Overview:
Dover Street XI is a limited partnership that is registered in Delaware, United States. The partnership was founded by HarbourVest Partners and started operating in August 2022. HarbourVest Partners started its operations in 1982 and manages a wide variety of funds. Dover Street XI is the 11^th fund in Secondary investments by the group, and its strategy is expected to be similar to its predecessors. The target fund size in 12B USD, with a hard cap of 13.5B USD.  The feeder is founded and managed by Leader Capital Markets, which specialize in raising private capital for private investment funds, direct transactions, and managing an array of Feeder Funds for institutional and wealthy individuals, and is the official and exclusive representative of the HarbourVest Dover Street XI – Leader Feeder fund in Israel.

Strategy:
The fund will invest in private investment funds around the world, through purchases in the secondary market – either at the initiative of the investment manager (GP-Led Transactions) or at the initiative of an investor (LP-Led Transaction). The investment mix will be carried out with the following features: sectoral and geographic dispersion, diversity in vintage years, fund managers and strategies. The fund operates as part of the HarbourVest Partners Group and leverages the group’s resources and advantages to locate, initiate, execute and monitor global investments.
