Fund Overeview:
Psagot KiWi Business Credit Fund (“Psagot Fund”) is a limited partnership established in June 2023, registered in the Cayman Islands. Psagot Fund serves as a feeder for investing in the KiWi Alternative Income Master Fund which was established by the Kilgour Williams Capital Inc. group. The group was established in 2007 and is managed by Colin Kilgore and Daniel Williams, who manage several funds that invest in business, real estate and consumer credit in the US. Psagot Alternative, which founded the fund, manages investor relations in Israel and is responsible for providing investors with monthly reports and ongoing information about the fund’s activities and performance.

Strategy:
The fund invests in credit for small businesses in the US through digital platforms, mainly the Biz2Credit platform. The platform performs the tracing of the transactions, initial underwriting, ongoing maintenance that includes collection and tracking. The objective is to select the loans that have the most attractive yield given the borrower’s risk level, to hold the loans until their repayment date and reinvest the proceeds received from repaying the loans.
