Fund Overview:
Phoenix Real Estate Debt Fund engages in loan granting for real estate projects. Founded in the Cayman Islands in April 2018 by Avi Shilo, Ethel Aaron-Shilo and Assaf Hadar as “KYC Senior Debt”. The fund changed its name during 2019, following the joining of the Phoenix Insurance Company as an equal partner in the GP. As of April 2020, the fund has granted more than 300 loans.

 

Strategy:
The fund provides short-term senior debt loans (up to 36 months) backed by collateral for US real estate projects, using a unique Big Data-based technology rating model (A2ONE model) developed by partners to identify risk levels for real estate loans in various regions in the US.
