Giza Singer Even Mezzanine II is a credit fund structured as a partnership in Israel and operating under GSE – Giza Singer Even. The firm, one of the largest and most established financial advisory and investment banking firms in Israel, operates through two primary divisions: Advisory and Investments. As part of its investment activities, the fund focuses on providing mezzanine debt financing to middle-market companies in Israel. This is the second mezzanine fund in Giza’s mezzanine fund series, following the first fund, which is currently approaching the end of its investment period.
Strategy
The fund will originate, structure, and manage a portfolio of mezzanine credit and structured debt transactions, designed to support organic growth initiatives and a wide range of acquisitions, including companies, business operations, equipment, machinery, and real estate. The fund will primarily focus on bridge financing and complementary financing solutions, typically structured as mezzanine debt alongside senior debt, which in most cases is provided by the banking system.
