Citrus Equity is a private investment fund that focuses on residential and commercial real estate investments in the US, focusing on logistics centers. The fund is registered as a limited partnership in the state of Delaware and is owned by Uri and Ran Ben Ezer, who have a cumulative experience of over 30 years in the purchase, development and management of real estate assets in Israel and the US of over 600 million dollars. The fund will invest in the transaction of a logistics center in Colorado Springs, a property consisting of a built-up area of approximately 103,816 square feet at full occupancy, on a 5.58 dunam land.
The fund locates strategic properties with high-quality tenants and renting contracts that includes an increase in rent. The fund works to improve the properties and the day-to-day management, in order to increase the value of the property, by optimizing the rent and preserving the property for future sale at an attractive price.
