Fund Overview

A private equity fund that specializes in infrastructure investments, particularly in Israel. Established in June 2020 and registered as an Israeli company. Aluma Fund was a private company during the early stages of fundraising, but is now a publicly traded company, in the form of REIT. The fund relies on its three founders – Uri Yogev, Inon Yogev and Muli Ravina- who have business and infrastructure experience in Israel.

Strategy

A hybrid model, which on the one hand includes fixed income investments with a stable cash flow over time, and on the other hand a return resulting from the improvement in value. Active management of the portfolio companies. In the first (private) phase, the fund intends to focus on assets with a stable cash flow in the operational phases. After the IPO, investing in projects that are in the initiation and construction phases. The assets portfolio will focus on the following areas: energy, environment and water, communications, transportation and logistics.
