The fund is the 11th flagship fund that engages in secondary transactions, and is expected to follow the same strategy as its predecessors. The fund aims to raise 12B USD, with a hard cap of 13.5B USD. The feeder fund was established and is managed by Leader Private Capital, which is a part of Leader Capital Markets. The group specializes in raising funds for private investment funds, direct transactions and the management of feeder funds for institutional investors as well as wealthy private investors, and is the official and exclusive representative of the HarbourVest Dover Street XI – Leader Feeder fund is Israel.

Strategy:
The fund focuses on direct co-investments, mainly in small\medium-sized companies (market value of 1-3 billion dollars), and plans to invest in about 60 companies in diverse sectors with global distribution. The investment is made alongside general partners, who have expertise in the relevant industry and experience in investments in the relevant fields.
